MEET CHAD HENNINGS

To build a lasting legacy of excellence, one must live with integrity and purpose. Excellence is not a destination; it’s an identity—a way of living and leading. Chad Hennings has illustrated this truth throughout his life, from nine-year NFL career with three Super Bowl Championships with the Dallas Cowboys, to flying forty-five combat missions as an A-10 Warthog pilot with the U.S. Air Force, and finally, becoming a successful businessman in commercial real estate.

Chad’s message of purpose-driven excellence has taken him across the globe, speaking to some of the world’s most reputable audiences that include Fortune 500 companies, U.S. government agencies, and respected non-profits. He is also a philanthropic pioneer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, actively serving organizations that support at-risk families and veterans. As the founder of Wingmen Ministries, Chad is passionate about empowering men through discipleship and mentorship.

Through his work and words, Chad aims to challenge audiences to understand that it is not what we do that defines us, but who we are that shapes what we do.

Chad and his wife, Tammy, have two children, Chase and Brenna, and they reside in Flower Mound, Texas, where they continue to live out their commitment to family, faith, and service.
